Tori oversees all member programs for customers including pharmacy business development, performance assistance, and marketing solutions.  Tori’s experience in the pharmacy industry spans nearly 15 years and has focused primarily on solutions that help pharmacies achieve a higher level of success.  She has worked in a variety of pharmacy service roles including third party contracting, business consulting, reconciliation, and medication adherence solutions. Tori has been with Medicine-On-Time since 2016.

Germaine is a member of CPESN and Flip the Pharmacy.  As the owner and operator of Germ’s Thrift Clinic in Opelousas, LA, she understands the challenges pharmacies face each day to run a profitable pharmacy.  Medicine-On-Time has become an integral part of her business and has helped her achieve 5-Star ratings and reap the financial benefits that come along with it.  She was recently featured in PioneerRx’s podcast, Beyond the Script where she talked about changing the face of her pharmacy by making small changes that have made a BIG difference.
