Tori Pearson
Director of Pharmacy Programs
Tori oversees all member programs for customers including pharmacy business development, performance assistance, and marketing solutions. Tori’s experience in the pharmacy industry spans nearly 15 years and has focused primarily on solutions that help pharmacies achieve a higher level of success. She has worked in a variety of pharmacy service roles including third party contracting, business consulting, reconciliation, and medication adherence solutions. Tori has been with Medicine-On-Time since 2016.
Dalia Roman
Pharmacy Account Manager
Dalia recently joined the Medicine-On-Time team as our Pharmacy Account Manager. She focuses on providing business growth opportunities for both new and existing accounts. She has 10 years of sales experience and over 13 years of pharmacy experience.
Dalia previously worked in pharmacies as a Certified Pharmacy Technician, assisting independent pharmacies with payer contracting and reconciliation, and front-end sales. Dalia hopes to help your pharmacy adopt the best adherence packaging solution to fit your patient’s needs.
Director of Business Development
Peter facilitates and manages all company business development opportunities and relationships, particularly in the areas of automation, software, compliance packaging, and adherence programs sales.
Peter is a business development leader with over 30 years of experience conceiving and implementing progressive, profitable business strategies and delivering sales, marketing, and operational solutions in the healthcare industry and pharmacy space. Peter has been with Medicine-On-Time since 2014.
